Jessi Armstrong

Jessi began her professional fitness coaching journey by teaching years of group fitness classes, she’s taught yoga, barre and weights classes before she became a personal trainer in 2019. Jessi has competed in multiple powerlifting events over the years. While Jessi personally focuses on powerlifting, her training is built around developing strong bodies, especially moms. She specializes in pre/postnatal care. Jessi loves dogs, donuts, deadlifts, and pizza, and swingin’ some wrenches at the local golf course.

 

Joshua Armstrong

Josh started strength training in the early 2000s as a teen and has competed in sports like wrestling, weightlifting, off road racing, and cycling his whole life. He began his professional fitness journey by coaching group fitness classes and transitioned to personal training in 2019. After living a hard sports life, Josh has spent years rehabilitating several injuries and knows how to work with and around most injuries clients may be struggling with. Josh loves dirt bikes, anything with wheels. dogs, and pickles . He is a self-claimed bottomless pit, so your snack secrets are safe with him.
